Leadership Development
The role of the clinical leader is pivotal to the provision of effective health and social care, influencing the quality of care provided and the functioning of the wider team. Effective leaders establish direction and purpose whilst inspiring, motivating and empowering individuals and teams to deliver an effective client centred service.
We work with organisations and teams to develop, deliver and evaluate competency based leadership programmes. We enable leaders to apply theories and concepts to the practical world of the workplace. Facilitation allows individuals to develop their own potential, and in turn, to support the development of their team and service.
Leadership development is focused at meeting the following aims:
-
Understanding and applying theories and concepts to the leadership role
-
Facilitating the developing self and others
-
Managing change and conflict
-

-
Developing Political leadership and influencing skills
