Team Building
Effective teams have a clearly articulated vision and purpose, working together to attain this through commonly agreed actions and objectives. High performing teams value and harness the individual contribution of their members, have defined strategies of communication, and are able to manage conflicts and differences.
We provide a range of team building programmes. We enable teams to identify their common purpose, agree shared objectives, and develop their skills in cohesive team working.
Programmes contain a variety of related theory, reflection and team building games. Through these approaches, the team can explore their work, learn together and strengthen their future working relationships
We are able to facilitate individual 360 review feedback, using the NHS Leadership Qualities Framework
